Marathon originated in 490 bc. At the first modern Olympic Games held in 1896, marathon was established and continues to this day. The 2018 Chongqing International half marathon was held in the atrium on the 1st floor of hi-up commercial center, 100m west of the intersection of Qinghua road and Yuqing Road, Banan District, Chongqing on November 18, 2108.

 

Once the event was launched, everyone was enthusiastic and signed up one after another. In response to this activity, six colleagues of our company actively signed up for participation. Qiu Xuebo, general manager, led the team. Zhou Yong, manager of the sales department, he Zhe and Xiao Yao from the sales department participated in the half-way 21.0975 km race; He Shihui from the finance department and Chen Qian from the finance department participated in the 5K race. By the end of the race day, more than 10000 people had participated in the half marathon. More than 5000 people took part in the five kilometer marathon. Standing in the high-rise overlooking the stadium, it's an unprecedented spectacle.

 

At 8:30 a.m. on November 18, 2018, with the sound of the commander's gun, the contestants rushed forward like the surging river. They ran in a hurry and sprinkled sweat and passion. The competition lasted for 3 hours. Most people ran the whole course within the specified time range. The players who didn't finish the race were gritting their teeth and sticking to it. Although their legs were soft and sweating, they continued to move forward in the friendly cheering sound of the audience on both sides of the road. This is a game of willpower. As long as it reaches the end, it is the champion in the hearts of the audience. come on. All efforts are worthy of recognition.

 

In this competition, our company's achievements are also quite gratifying. Xiao Yao from the sales department defended the first place of the company with a net score of 01:34:11. Qiu Xuebo, the general manager, followed with a net score of 01:52:50, and he Zhe, the sales department, ranked third with a net score of 02:53:46. Zhou Yong, the manager of the sales department, competed for more than 3 hours. In order to achieve effective results, he still insisted on running the whole course. His perseverance and indomitable spirit is worthy of affirmation and learning from all the staff of our company. There are also two female colleagues in our company, Chen Qian and he Shihui from the finance department. Although there was no formal and effective result in the 5K race, they still finished the whole course within the specified time.
