  • The accelerator cable is installed and adjusted improperly. This situation can be eliminated by adjusting the accelerator cable.
     
    When the accelerator pedal is pressed to the bottom, the accelerator handle on the fuel injection pump is also pushed by the limit bolt at the same time, but the engine speed still cannot reach the rated speed. Adjust the limit bolt appropriately.
     
    The filter screen of the fuel tank is blocked, the primary fuel filter is blocked, the secondary fuel filter is blocked, and the oil circuit is blocked.
     
    The oil delivery pump leaks internally and the oil supply is not smooth.
     
    Poor oil quality, much water and impurities.
     
    The intake pipe is blocked, bent and the air filter is dirty, resulting in large intake resistance and poor engine performance.
     
    The supercharger is damaged, the supercharger has poor supercharging effect, the supercharger bypass valve fails, and the supercharger cannot reach the rated speed, resulting in poor supercharging effect and weak engine.
     
    Incorrect fuel injection timing of fuel injection pump will cause poor engine power.
     
    The plunger pair of fuel injection pump is worn and stuck; The oil outlet of the fuel injection pump is damaged; The fuel injection pump governor is stuck and worn.
     
    The diaphragm of smoke limiter is damaged.

  • Poor atomization of fuel injector and stuck coupling.
     
    The exhaust brake butterfly valve is not in good position, blocking the exhaust passage and causing engine weakness due to large exhaust resistance.
     
    The exhaust pipe and muffler are blocked and the exhaust resistance is large, resulting in engine weakness.
     
    Injector failure: due to water and impurities in diesel fuel, the injector needle valve is stuck and cannot act. The injector does not inject or atomize, but ECU may not report an error. If the injector harness is worn due to vibration, open circuit or grounded on the cylinder head, ECU will report an error.
     
    If the temperature is too high, the ECU will enter the thermal protection function and limit the engine power.
     
    Synchronization signal error.
     
    When there is a problem with flow measurement, the high-pressure oil pump will supply oil to the common rail pipe with the maximum capacity. At this time, the pressure relief valve of the common rail pipe will open and there will be a "click" sound.
     
    Accelerator pedal position sensor failure, connector or harness failure. It will cause the engine to speed limit and cause the engine to be weak.
     
    High fuel return temperature causes engine weakness. The fuel return pipe is bent, the inner diameter is too small, and the return resistance is large, resulting in high return oil temperature.
     
    The cylinder gasket is damaged, the tightness of the cylinder decreases, or the channeling between two cylinders causes weakness.
     
    The wear of cylinder liner, piston ring and piston ring groove exceeds the limit, and the tightness of cylinder decreases, resulting in the decline of engine power.
     
    Poor valve sealing and cylinder pressure drop, resulting in the decline of engine power.

  • Excessive valve foot clearance leads to insufficient intake and incomplete exhaust, resulting in engine weakness.
     
    The valve timing is misaligned, and the early opening and late closing angles of the intake and exhaust valves are misaligned with the piston connecting rod mechanism, resulting in the decline of engine power.
     
    The high water temperature of the engine leads to the deterioration of the working condition of the engine and the weakness of the engine.
     
    The clutch slips, the engine power cannot be effectively input into the transmission system, and the vehicle is unable to drive.
     
    Improper adjustment of the driving system, such as too large or too small clearance between the front and rear wheel hub bearings, leads to large driving resistance and weak driving of the vehicle.
